I’m a crappy poet. Straight up. But I thought this year I’d take a swing at a genre of writing I’ve avoided at all costs. So I’m participating in NaPoWriMo 2012.
What’s NaPo? National Poetry Writing Month. It’s sort of a spinoff of NaNoWriMo, though it’s not affiliated with the same people. Basically, you write a poem a day for 30 days. Simple enough. Let’s see if I can actually write poetry!

My god no! I’m about to self- publish my first novel so got so much to do! Looking forward to hearing how it goes for you!
Good luck with this, I am sure you will do great at it! Poetry is often a rewarding experience, no matter how good you think you are (or aren’t) at it!
