There was a mistake with iTunes back when I put DR on sale for .99 during the holidays, and Amazon has price matched it.
I’m not sure when the price will revert back, so I’ll update this post whenever the ebook isn’t .99 anymore. Don’t worry. 
If I were you, I’d go ahead and try to pick it up at that price before the problem gets fixed, which shouldn’t take too long.
